We believe that using only the highest quality ingredients, along with obsessive attention to detail in production, yields the most delicious bread and pastries - and the same applies for chocolate.

We are proud to bring you the best that bread and chocolate has to offer.

We work with single estates and cooperatives around the world. We source beans directly from cocoa farmers with whom we have a sustained and reciprocal relationship. Paying prices far greater than fairtrade, directly to the growers ensures a lasting impact for farmers and their community and makes our chocolate fully transparent and traceable
