Mirzam: 62% dark chocolate with candied oranges and orange infused toffee

Mirzazm's award-winning Dark Chocolate Coated Oranges; transformed into a double-infused orange chocolate bar in collaboration with @zandzdc, our friends from Washington, USA. They have created a sophisticated and elegant chocolate bar that is rich in history and flavour. Inspired by Z and Z’s heritage of orange farms from the Yaffa Valley in Palestine, and flavours of the Jaffa cake in mind, we are proud to be launching our orange infused chocolate bar, made at our Chocolate Factory in Dubai. A flavour sensation of dark chocolate with candied oranges, lathered with orange infused toffee.

Ghana Cocoa beans, unrefined cane sugar, cocoa butter, butter, orange sweet oil, orange peel, glucose.

Our single origin cocoa beans have been chosen for the diverse flavours you can experience when tasting and rich heritage, located along the maritime Spice Route that traders sailed hundreds of years ago to gather valuable ingredients to sell on to European buyers.

BEAN TO BAR CHOCOLATE

Using granite wheels, the roasted beans are ground for several days in a process which slowly decreases the molecule size to create incredibly smooth chocolate with no need for additional additives.

REAL CHOCOLATE

Our single origin collection is crafted from beans originating from Vietnam, Indonesia, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and India.
