Cozy up to fall with our Pumpkin Brownie Chocolate Bar—a rich, swirled treat that brings together two distinct yet harmonious chocolates in one decadentbite.
We start with velvety dark chocolate, handcrafted from thoughtfully sourced, single-origin cocoa beans. Then we swirl in our house-made spiced pumpkin oat white chocolate, made from locally grown, roasted heirloom pumpkins and sprouted oats. The result is a bar that tastes like your favorite fall dessert: sweet roasted pumpkin, fudgy chocolate, and just the right hint of spice.
Each bar is crafted in small batches in our Tecumseh, MI chocolate kitchen, celebrating the flavors of the season and the farmers we partner with.
Why These Ingredients Matter
We don’t pick ingredients just because they taste good, though they absolutely do. We pick them because they tell stories. Because they come from people who careas much about their craft as we do.
Maple Sugar from Maple Dale Farm (Atlanta, MI)
Our pumpkin white chocolate gets its natural sweetness from pure maple sugar, made in small batches at Maple Dale Farm, a family-run organic farm in northern Michigan. They tap their own trees each spring and turn maple syrup into sugar using nothing but heat and time. No shortcuts.
This sugar adds a warm, toasted sweetness with notes of caramel and vanilla that white sugar just can’t match. It gives the pumpkin oat white chocolate its cozy backbone and natural richness.
Heirloom Peanut Pumpkin from Emery’s Farm (Adrian, MI)
The pumpkin we use isn’t from a can. It’s a 220-year-old heirloom varietal called Peanut pumpkin, (or ‘Galeux d’Eysines’), grown just a few miles away at Emery’s Farm in Adrian, Michigan.
Its skin is covered in natural peanut-like growths, which might look strange, but that’s what tells you it’s the real deal. Inside, it has incredibly sweet, dense flesh that’s long been prized for pies, breads, and desserts. A few years ago, the farmer at Emery’s told us it was the best-flavored pumpkin they grow, and we couldn’t agree more.
We roast and puree these pumpkins ourselves, then blend them into a silky oat milk white chocolate. The result is a smooth, pumpkin-forward chocolate with real flavor and just the right amount of spice.

Harvest craft Story
All good chocolate starts with the farmer.
We believe Farmer prosperity is a key ingredient in good chocolate, which is why sourcing and building strong relationships is a critical component in the chocolate making process. We've travelled to the farms where our cacao comes from, walked the fields where the cacao grows, and tasted the beautiful crops that grow along-side the cacao we source. Before there is a chocolate maker, there is a farmer, a territory within the country where the cacao grows, and a farmer relationship to build strong.

The cacao beans we source are grown along the farmlands outside of Upala Costa Rica, by the Cayapas River in Ecuador, along the pristine Lake Lachuá of Guatemala, the northern shores of Haiti, and the only organic and fair trade-certified cacao-co-operative in Ghana, and produce from local farmer’s markets.
Cacao has different flavors based on its geographic location. Haitian cacao has subtle fruity notes, while chocolate from Ghana has a deep, bold chocolate profile. We source a variety of cacao beans, each with a story, flavors across the spectrum that complement each other and can stand on their own.
