Craft & Origin
Fruition Chocolate Works produces bean-to-bar chocolate in Shokan, New York, within the Hudson Valley region. Direct-trade cacao beans are slowly roasted and refined in-house before being blended with puffed rice that is evenly coated in caramelized sugar. Bryan Graham and his team oversee every processing stage from raw cacao to final molding. This strict environmental control prevents moisture absorption, ensuring the puffed grain maintains its crisp texture within the milk chocolate.
