“While visiting Paris, I visited Pierre Herme’s amazing pastry shop on rue bonaparte. I purchased over $70 of pastries to take back to my hotel. Upon returning to my tiny room, I tasted his raspberry rose cheesecake. I wore. A simple “oh my, thats good” was simply insufficient. Since then, I have striven to create that same experience for each and every person who tastes our handcrafted chocolates. This raspberry rose bar is my homage to this experience.”
CACAO SOURCING
The cacao beans Amano uses are sourced directly from cacao farms by creator and founder Art Pollard. Art sometimes works with the farmers to help them create the best fermentation and drying of their beans.
