Mirzam Dark Chocolate Coffee & Cardamom 62%

Across the Middle East, families create and grind their signature coffee blends, served to guests with a blend of spices, ‘Gahwa’.

Taking our queue from this tradition, and the strong coffee trading history from this region (Mocha in Yemen was for a long time the worlds busiest port for coffee) we have created this delicious recipe.

This bar is made with 62% single origin dark chocolate infused with cardamom and freshly roasted coffee (from a local Dubai roaster around the corner).

Like all our dark chocolate bars, this bar is made entirely from cocoa bean to delicious bar in our Al Quoz space, is vegan friendly – and contains only natural spices for flavor.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, unrefined cane sugar, cocoa butter, Arabica coffee beans, cardamom.

Has been crafted in an environment where dairy, gluten and nuts are present.

Our single origin cocoa beans have been chosen for the diverse flavours you can experience when tasting and rich heritage, located along the maritime Spice Route that traders sailed hundreds of years ago to gather valuable ingredients to sell on to European buyers.

BEAN TO BAR CHOCOLATE

Using granite wheels, the roasted beans are ground for several days in a process which slowly decreases the molecule size to create incredibly smooth chocolate with no need for additional additives.

REAL CHOCOLATE

Our single origin collection is crafted from beans originating from Vietnam, Indonesia, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and India.
