Yup good Ole fashion favourite right here, minus the refined sugars of course. 
We make this amazing sponge toffee with our coconut nectar and it is delectable!

Then we cover it with our 70% Peru dark chocolate, it’s the perfect combination of savory and sweet.  

Because we use coconut flower nectar as the sweetener, the sponge toffee is a little browner in colour, and has a very deep caramel flavor to it.
