A delectable fusion of chunky, malty bread pieces and sweet, toffee-ish white chocolate, crafted from our proprietary cocoa beans from Ecuador. While it may appear brown due to the inclusion of bread, rest assured, it's a tantalizing white chocolate experience truly unlike any other.

Ingredients
Cocoa butter, cane sugar, milk powder, sourdough breadcrumbs (24%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, sea salt), cocoa powder & Halen Môn sea salt. White chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 40%. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain milk, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.

“Having immersed ourselves in baking for years, we have now turned our all-consuming focus on quality to chocolate. We make small batch chocolate from beans imported directly by us from family farms and cooperatives around the world.

We are proud to bring you the best that bread and chocolate has to offer.
We work with single estates and cooperatives around the world. We source beans directly from cocoa farmers with whom we have a sustained and reciprocal relationship. Paying prices far greater than fairtrade, directly to the growers ensures a lasting impact for farmers and their community and makes our chocolate fully transparent and traceable.”
