A unique combination of our two signature (and favourite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough. With sourdough crumbs from our bakery and a touch of Halen Môn sea salt, our Ecuadorian chocolate bar offers a sophisticated blend of crunch and smooth, malty flavor.
To our knowledge, when we created it, it was the first time a chocolate bar had been made with sourdough.

Ingredients
Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sourdough breadcrumbs (12%) (wheatflour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, sea salt), Halen Môn sea salt (<1%). Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 66%. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain milk, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.

We work with single estates and cooperatives around the world. We source beans directly from cocoa farmers with whom we have a sustained and reciprocal relationship. Paying prices far greater than fairtrade, directly to the growers ensures a lasting impact for farmers and their community and makes our chocolate fully transparent and traceable.
